Empower Hour

The Empower Hour is an opportunity to receive guidance, coaching and mentoring and much more for an hour.

We will work together and get to the root of what is happening for you in a specific situation and fins solutions to move forward.

We will gently explore what is really happening and work with changing any limiting beliefs or releasing blocks that show up.

We will be on video on zoom and the session will be recorded on audio for you to delve back into again and again.
